80-unit Condominium Portfolio Sold to LWRJ, LLC

Announced today by SVN Summit Commercial Real Estate Advisors in Fairlawn, Brookledge Commons condominium portfolio has sold to LWRJ, LLC.

Located at Buckingham Gate Boulevard in Cuyahoga Falls, the complex consists of 150 total units, of which 80 units were sold. The year-long sales process was led by Nichole Booker, PhD., who represented the sellers and specializes in complex investment and multifamily sales.

The property sold for $5,554,000 which was within 5% of the asking price of this very complex transaction.
