Nichole is a strong addition to the SVN team and will be instrumental in building partnerships and expanding its client services throughout Northeast Ohio Akron, Ohio — September 7, 2018 — SVN | Summit Commercial Real Estate Group, LLC, announces the hiring of Nichole Booker, Ph.D. as an Associate Advisor. Booker joins SVN with an extensive back-ground in developing and strategic partnerships resulting in significant returns on investments and earning the trust of clients and advisors. She will be a great asset to clients going forward.” Booker is a graduate of The University of Akron and holds a Ph.D. in Public Administration/Urban Studies. She began her career in construction management, pivoted to academia where she taught, researched and published at The University of Akron, and took her talents to the public/nonprofit arena in 2007; her most recent role being Vice President of Strategic Affairs at United Way of Summit County. She is excited about her role at SVN, where she effectively applies her listening and collaboration skills to achieve consensus decisions and get deals done Nichole has an extensive array of Community Affiliations & Designations, including being a leadership Akron graduate, Leadership Akron Alumni Association Member, and recipient of the Greater Akron Chambers “30 For the Future” award. Booker lives in Akron, Ohio with her Husband and four children.
